Grayson turns 3!!!!

Can you believe that Grayson Anakin Bishop is three years old???  Me either!  What a blessing he is to our family!  He is extremely entertaining and funny!  His red hair is sticking around and so is his temper!  We jokingly call it the Bishop temper, but we all know where it came from!!!  Grayson had many "mini" parties this year.  We just couldn't get everyone together on the same day.  He took cupcakes to school for his birthday, celebrated with Mr. Lee and Mrs. Ruth on his actual birthday and several weeks later celebrated with this delicious Mater cake with Mimi, Papaw, and Aunt Chelle!  Grayson had a Mater birthday!  He received Cars 2 Walkie-Talkie's from Aunt Gail and Uncle Dick, a bubble Mater from mom, dad, and Carter, Cars 2 bath toys, shooting Cars 2 toys, dump truck, front loader, and many different Maters that talk, sing, shoot, etc.  Aunt Chelle gave him a guitar with microphone.  You can see that gift was a hit!  Both boys loved it and sang and sang!  When Grayson is famous, we will know who to thank!

Rockstars in the making!

Christmas 2011

Our first family Christmas in Bella Vista!  The tree was beautiful!  We all had a great time!  Our new tradition is Christmas Eve at Mimi and Papaw's and then Christmas Day at the Bishop home.  The boys decided to sleep together Christmas Eve.  This lasted long enough for me to take these pictures!  Grayson slept with us as usual!

Jacob, our Elf on the Shelf, left the boys a note, an ornament, and personalized cups before returning to the North Pole this year.  We sure miss Jacob while he is gone, but we know he will be back!
Roy's gift to me this year.  He took my favorite picture of the boys and I and had it printed on a blanket.  I will treasure this always!  Who says diamonds are a girls best friend????  These boys are my true treasures!

Christmas with our backdoor neighbors, Ruth and Lee Rakestraw is always fun!  We have dinner with them every Sunday evening.  They are part of our extended family!
