St. Junes Trike-A-Thon

Today was an exciting day- Carter rode in his first Trike-A-Thon. Mimi and Papaw, Aunt Chelle, Aunt Gail and Uncle Dick all contributed to St. Judes so Carter could turn in the donations. Most of the 3 and 4 year olds at the daycare participated in the Trike ride. They roped off the parking lot and had the children ride in one big circle. Many parents were there to cheer for all of the kids. Carter had trouble peddling in the beginning but then he got the hang of it. He had a great time! Roy was there and took many pictures. We are really proud of Carter for "peddling" for a great cause!

Brotherly Love!

Play Time!

Grayson can hold his head up long enough to play in the saucer. Carter keeps him entertained. We were able to take a few pictures before Grayson tired out. He is smiling all of the time now.

"I need a break, Dad!"

Progress!

Roy worked for awhile this evening- Carter was his helper!

Play Set Progress Day 2

According to the manual, 20-24 hours construction time- IF this is true then 9 hours down and only 15 more to go!

Play Set Progress

After weather stopped progress on the play set for the past week, neighbors once again came over to help with construction. Mark and Lee spent all afternoon helping Roy. The weather was beautiful so the children could play outside. It was too windy for Grayson, so he stayed inside with me.

Well, my first week back at work was a tough one! Getting TWO boys ready in the mornings is hard to do! TWO bags, TWO blankets, bottles for Grayson, extra clothes for Carter- the lists are endless! Ms. Sarah takes really good care of Grayson each day. We have a notebook to document feedings, naps, and accomplishments during the day. She even sends pictures of him to my email. I feel blessed to have her.
Carter has moved up into the 3 year old room at school. His teacher says he is adjusting well and learning new things. I am really proud of him!
