New Job, New School, and Growing Up!

Many of you know that I interviewed for a new job this school year.  I now share my time between two schools in Bentonville (aproximately 26 miles from home).  The schools are non traditional calendar schools which means year round schools.  Carter will attend one of the schools next year with me.  Carter and Grayson are still going to Guardian Angel this year to keep them consistent, and Roy takes them in the mornings since I must be on the road by 6:30am to arrive by 7:15 each day.  
Carter is really growing up.  This past week, he disappeared into his room and after several minutes, asked me to come see what he had done- He had cleaned up his room all by himself without me even asking him too!  He is such a good boy!  He was rewarded with a Super Hero Sticker book!

Grayson is also growing up.  He can now say momma, dadda, NO!, and bubbles!  He loves his big brother and follows him everywhere!  He can climb into the playhouse with Carter, ride Razorback (Carter's rocking horse), almost peddle the trike, and eats all of the time!

Branson Mini Vacation

We had so much fun in Branson!  It was too hot to visit Silver Dollar City this time, but we found the bumper boats, go carts, and rides inside!  The boys are such fun!  We stayed in a hotel with an indoor waterpark, but couldn't take the camera in due too so many splash zones!

I sure love my boys! I am so blessed to have the family I have!

First Haircut

Grayson had his first haircut last week. Ms. Duvic has been cutting our hair for years! She also gave Carter his first haircut too. We love Ms. Duvic. She is patient, is good at her job, and gives suckers!

Swimming Lessons

Swim Ranch hosted a fabulous week of swimming lessons for the boys! Aunt Chelle had to help me since I couldn't swim with both boys at the same time. Carter and Aunt Chelle swam together and Grayson swam with me. Grayson loved to blow bubbles in the water, bumping the wall with his kickboard, and splashing! Carter can go under all by himself, jump off of the side, float, and say names under water (a trick that Aunt Chelle taught him!). It was a great week of togetherness!

Last Day with Ms. Sarah

Ms. Sarah has kept Grayson for the past 16 months. She has taken great care of him! We feel really blessed to have had her for so long- not to mention that she lives right across the street from us! Fabulous Christian sitters are not easily found, so I will forever be grateful for her.
Grayson will begin going to Guardian Angel in August. This is the same center that Carter attends. I am hoping this new experience will be a positive one. I know that Grayson will miss Ms. Sarah, but change is good right?!

Mommy and her Boys!

Brandy Foshe had a mini session available, so I decided to take the boys for some new pictures. With Father's Day coming up, I chose to get in a picture with the boys and this one is my favorite! Roy was working, so we thought we would surprise him. The rest of the pictures will be posted later- I just couldn't wait to share this one!
